Ordering

Once you have decided what you’d like, email orders@gastronaut.co.uk. We will then log your order and confirm the details back via email. If you have not received a confirmation response within 2 hours, please phone the office to ensure we have received your order. Our office hours are 9 am till 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note that there is a minimum order value of £35 + vat.

You can place your order as soon as you’re ready but, as a minimum:

Business Lunches orders must be placed before 2pm for delivery the next working day (Monday deliveries must have been placed by 2pm on Friday).
Please allow 2 days’ notice for the Platters to Share and 3 days’ notice for Canapés and Finger Food.

Once the order has been placed, we must have at least 48 hours’ cancellation notice via email. We will consider the order cancelled, and no payment due, once you have received a cancellation confirmation email back from us.

Paying

All prices are quoted excluding VAT, which will be charged at the prevailing rate.
For business customers with an account, our payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.

Delivery

Within a 15 mile radius of Stratford upon Avon, we deliver free of charge, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 10 am and 12 pm. We can quote for deliveries further a field and outside the morning delivery slot.

Serviceware

The food is delivered in sleek black PET platters or bowls, with clear dome lids protecting it - all of which are returnable (a charge of £1.50 for every missing or damaged platter/bowl/lid will apply). We will arrange with you a suitable time to collect our platters after your event.
