Chicken Caesar

Free range chicken, Romaine lettuce, croutons, crispy bacon bits, parmesan shavings and Caesar dressing (with or without anchovies).

Greek Salad

Crumbled feta, ripe tomatoes, diced cucumber and peppers, red onion and kalamata olives, in a virgin olive oil and lemon dressing.

Oriental red cabbage

Julienne of crispy red cabbage, red onions, mixed peppers and carrots with sesame seeds and an oriental dressing.

Posh Potato salad

New potatoes in a crème fraîche and mayonnaise dressing with spring onions and chives.

Tricolore

Ripe avocado, flavoursome tomatoes, mozarella and basil and oil dressing.

Moroccan couscous

Couscous, sultanas, roasted pine nuts, chopped apricots, chickpeas, chopped fresh herbs and a spicy dressing.

Beautiful beans

A tasty combination of cannellini, borlotti and butter beans dressed in a light and herby vinaigrette.

Lovely lentils

Lentils with walnuts and goats' cheese, baby rocket and an oil with balsamic vinegar dressing.

Our deli platters range gives you great flexibility, each platter itself offering a varied selection.

Cold cuts

Slices of beautifully roasted topside of beef, free-range Buttercross ham, salami, chicken liver pâté, a selection of chutneys, pitted olives and sourdough bread.

Cheese

A good blue, mild brie, goat’s cheese and an unbeatable mature – plus a selection of pickles and oatcakes, some crispy celery and lovely grapes … what else do you need?!

Vegetarian

Caramelised carrots with Greek yogurt dip. Crushed chickpeas with roasted vegetables. Marinated pitted olives. Organic roasted Valencia almonds. Piquant baby peppers with cream cheese. Toasted pitta breads.

Fish

King prawns marinated in chilli jam, pieces of peppered mackerel fillet, smoked salmon and smoked trout, rye bread and a celeriac rémoulade.

Mixed

A selection from our cold cuts, cheese and vegetarian platters.

A truly artisan product, our sandwiches are interesting, very tasty and handmade for you. The meat cuts are cooked in our kitchens and the chutneys are made from scratch.

Grated mature cheddar, sun blast toms, home made tomato chutney, sliced cucumber and mixed leaves (lollo rosso, calabrese, curly endives).

Beefy classic

Roasted topside of beef, mustard, tomatoes and rocket.

Piri piri

Sliced chicken breast, our own piri piri sauce, cucumber and crunchy leaves.

Swiss deluxe

Emmental, sliced tomatoes, gherkins, baby spinach and a little mayo.

Tuna Mexicana

Tuna mixed with a refreshing coriander salsa.

Roast peppers and char-grilled courgettes, mozzarella and a lemon zest, garlic and parsley gremolata.

Smoked Salmon and Watercress Tart

Smoked salmon flakes, watercress and crème fraîche – freshly grated nutmeg and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Spring onion, ham and mustard tart

Home-baked ham, spring onions, sliced baby potatoes, mature cheese and wholegrain mustard cream.

Roasted shallot, mushroom and smoked sausage

Roasted shallots, mushrooms, smoked sausage and crème fraîche infused with lots of fresh herbs.

Chicken and leeks with Gruyère

Creamy leeks, chunky pieces of chicken, wholegrain mustard, double cream and Gruyère cheese.
