Our Grazing platters are brilliant for a drinks party, baby shower or girls night in! The Finger Food selection is chunky enough for the boys not to feel left out …

As a guideline, for an hour-long party, you should budget on 6 canapés per head – if the party is taking 2 hours, 8 canapés per head.

Chilli tiger prawns and mange tout skewers. Blackened salmon in Moroccan spices. Basket of filo pastry filled with cream cheese, anchovies and roasted peppers. Baby new potatoes filled with mackerel and tartare sauce.

Meat

Chorizo and Spanish omelette brochettes. Polenta and pork medallions, topped with gorgonzola and berries. Roasted butternut squash, wrapped in pancetta, topped with mozzarella Chicken, Serrano ham and grape.

Vegetarian

Mediterranean roasted vegetables crostinis. Blue cheese and mascarpone galettes with a red onion confit. Filo baskets filled with a sweet pepper concasse and butter beans. Mushroom tart tatin with goat cheese

Tuna and tomato sauce mini empanadillas.

Proper sausage rolls.

Mini Yorkshire puds with roast beef, horseradish and capers.

Fully loaded potato skins.

Hot and sticky chicken wings.
